EMEA Commercial Counsel
Our client is a top-tier international data center provider that is rapidly expanding its global footprint to meet the increasing demand for secure, scalable, and high-performance digital infrastructure. As one of the largest operators in the industry, the company manages a vast portfolio of facilities across more than 20 countries, delivering multi-gigawatt IT capacity to support enterprise, hyperscale, and public sector clients.
With a strong presence throughout EMEA-including key markets such as Germany, the Netherlands, Austria, and the UK-the organization is seeking a mid-level Commercial Counsel to support customer-facing and sales-driven contracts across the region.
Location:
Fully remote, based in Europe.
Language Requirement: Fluency in German is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate colocation agreements with customers.
- Manage a broad range of commercial contracts, including MSAs, vendor agreements, real estate and leasing documents, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance standards.
- Provide legal guidance to internal teams, clients, vendors, and global affiliates.
- Enhance and maintain contract templates and negotiation procedures.
- Support routine corporate governance and documentation needs.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Lawyer
- Minimum of 4 years PQE in commercial or corporate law.
- Prior experience in the data center industry, particularly with colocation agreements, is highly preferred.
