KYC & Onboarding Analyst - International Financial Services
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough KYC reviews and ensure compliance with AML and regulatory standards.
- Oversee annual client reviews in line with risk ratings and due diligence procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain compliance with KYC/AML frameworks.
- Guide clients through onboarding by providing document checklists and verifying submissions.
- Prepare and validate onboarding packages for approval.
- Support Relationship Managers with escalated client queries and administrative tasks.
- Ensure a smooth and efficient client onboarding experience.
What We're Looking For
- 2-5 years of experience in KYC/onboarding within financial services, ideally in fund services or banking.
- Strong understanding of AML/KYC regulations and onboarding processes.
- Client-facing experience (in-person or via phone/email) is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global team environment.
- Proficiency in English is required; Mandarin/Cantonese is a plus.
- SFC Type 1 and/or Type 4 license preferred or willingness to obtain.
