Location: Dallas, TX
Compensation: Up to $250,000 + bonus
Larson Maddox is partnered with an Elite Global Boutique Labor & Employment Firm looking to grow out their Dallas office with an Associate having 4-6 years of experience. Being a market leader in labor and employment law, the firm is known for strategic litigation, innovative counseling, and collaborative culture. This is a rare opportunity to work alongside some of the most respected practitioners in the field, advising Fortune 500 clients on cutting-edge and emerging employment law cases.
Responsibilities:
- Represent employers in state and federal court litigation, including wage and hour, discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination matters.
- Handle matters before the EEOC, NLRB, and other administrative agencies.
- Provide day-to-day counseling on employment policies, internal investigations, and compliance strategies.
- Collaborate with a tight-knit team of attorneys across the country on high-stakes matters.
Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of dedicated labor and employment experience, ideally from a peer firm or boutique.
- Strong litigation skills, including depositions, motion practice, and trial prep.
- Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills.
- A Texas bar license in good standing (or eligibility to waive in).
- A proactive, client-focused mindset and a desire to grow within a high-performance team
