This role offers direct engagement with prominent national clients, meaningful courtroom exposure, and the chance to shape litigation strategy on cases involving general liability, transportation, personal injury, and catastrophic loss defense.
What You'll Do
- Manage a dynamic caseload independently, from initial pleadings through final resolution.
- Partner with experienced litigators in a collegial, team-driven setting.
- Conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial preparation with confidence and precision.
- Deliver strategic insights and timely updates to clients through direct communication and detailed reporting.
What You Bring
- Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited institution
- Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania or New Jersey
- Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, with a focus on defense in one or more of the following areas: personal injury, general liability, transportation, or catastrophic injury
- Experience managing complex litigation matters and navigating client-facing responsibilities
- Legal project management experience is a plus
- First-chair trial experience is highly desirable
