A national client is seeking an expereince Employment Litigation attorney to join the team as an Of Counsel. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with a minimum of 7+ years of employment litigation experience who is looking to grow a practice under the mentorship of experienced partners. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hybrid work environment and is ready to handle cases from day one.
Responsibilities Include:
- Working as part of a team to manage litigation matters from start to finish
- Drafting and responding to pleadings
- Managing discovery
- Taking and defending depositions
- Arguing motions and participating in mediations
- Advising clients on a range of employment law issues
- Drafting and revising employee handbooks and policies
- Conducting client trainings and supporting day-to-day compliance needs
You will also have the opportunity to educate clients through training programs designed to help them navigate complex business challenges, including through the use of innovative technology platforms.
Qualifications:
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong writing and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Dedication to professional growth and exceptional client service
- Admission to the Illinois Bar
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
