A leading financial services organization is seeking a Wealth Management Advisor to manage and grow a high-quality book of high-net-worth client relationships. This role offers the opportunity to build a meaningful advisory practice while delivering comprehensive wealth management solutions in a fiduciary capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary advisor to high-net-worth clients, delivering tailored financial planning and investment strategies
- Build and deepen client relationships while proactively identifying opportunities to grow a book of business
- Guide clients through complex financial situations, including retirement planning and long-term wealth preservation
- Collaborate with internal specialists to provide holistic, client-centric solutions
- Take an entrepreneurial approach to practice development while maintaining a strong client-first mindset
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience managing a client book within wealth management, private banking, or financial advisory
- Strong expertise in investment strategies, financial planning, and portfolio management
- Proven ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships
- Self-starter with the ability to operate independently and drive business growth
Licenses & Credentials:
- FINRA Series 7 and 63 required; Series 65 or 66
- Life and Health Insurance License (or ability to obtain within 120 days)
- CFP or CFA designation preferred (or willingness to pursue)
