Labor & Employment - Charges Counsel - Remote

Base salary: $122,000-$150,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage administrative agency charges and attorney demand letters from intake through resolution
  • Draft position statements and respond to agency information requests
  • Represent clients in settlement negotiations and remote mediations
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients and agencies
  • Operate within a structured, tech-enabled workflow system

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of employment law experience
  • Barred in good standing in the state of residence
  • Familiarity and experience with administrative agency charges - both state and federal level preferred
  • Frequently work with the EEOC
  • Preferred states: California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Washington, and Washington, DC

Role Structure:

  • Full-time, remote position
  • Reduced billable hour requirement (1,500 hours total annually)
  • No travel or business development expectations
