What You'll Do
- Provide international employment counseling and support global transactions.
- Draft and negotiate employment, retention, and related agreements.
- Advise on reductions in force, terminations, and compliance with global employment laws.
- Partner with colleagues across multiple offices to deliver seamless, world-class service.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of employment counseling experience (international experience strongly preferred).
- JD from a nationally recognized law school.
- Licensed to practice in the jurisdiction where you apply.
- Strong analytical, writing, and business judgment skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Location: Flexible across U.S. offices, with preference for San Francisco, Palo Alto, Chicago, New York, or Austin.
Compensation: Competitive salary on Cravath Scale and benefits package. $260k-$420k
