A global Ad-Tech Company is looking to expand their lean legal team and hire Legal Counsel. This company works with Fortune 500 clients to ensure their advertisements are high quality, heavily viewed, and protected from fraud using data and insights. The company has a revenue of $400M and they are continuing to grow.

The HQ is in NYC, but they are open to remote candidates

Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate agreements including software licensing, SaaS, NDAs, data privacy, advertising, and more
  • Collaborate cross functionally with sales and procurement teams
  • Support legal team with policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • JD from accredited law school
  • Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating technology licensing agreements and transactions
  • Experience working at or with technology companies handling commercial contracts
  • Experience with advertising agreements
  • Law firm experience preferred
  • Ability to collaborate and work well with others
  • Independence and self-sufficiency when handling contracts
