A leading UK law firm is looking to hire a junior Employment Associate to join its well-regarded London team. The practice is known for its strength in advising high-profile clients across a broad range of employment matters, often with a strong international dimension. The Role
You will work closely with partners and senior lawyers on a varied caseload, including:
- Advising on day-to-day HR and employment advisory matters
- Supporting on contentious work, including Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation
- Drafting and negotiating employment contracts, policies, and settlement agreements
- Advising on workplace investigations, disciplinaries, and grievances
- Supporting on the employment aspects of corporate transactions and restructurings
- Acting for a diverse client base, including brands, corporates, and senior executives
Candidate Profile
- England & Wales qualified, NQ-2 PQE
- Training from a leading UK, international, or well-regarded regional firm
- Strong seat experience in employment law (contentious and/or advisory)
- Excellent communication skills with a commercial, pragmatic approach
- Keen interest in developing within a high-quality, client-facing employment practice
