Junior Employment Associate (NQ-2 PQE)
Location: London

A leading UK law firm is looking to hire a junior Employment Associate to join its well-regarded London team. The practice is known for its strength in advising high-profile clients across a broad range of employment matters, often with a strong international dimension. The Role

You will work closely with partners and senior lawyers on a varied caseload, including:

  • Advising on day-to-day HR and employment advisory matters
  • Supporting on contentious work, including Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation
  • Drafting and negotiating employment contracts, policies, and settlement agreements
  • Advising on workplace investigations, disciplinaries, and grievances
  • Supporting on the employment aspects of corporate transactions and restructurings
  • Acting for a diverse client base, including brands, corporates, and senior executives

Candidate Profile

  • England & Wales qualified, NQ-2 PQE
  • Training from a leading UK, international, or well-regarded regional firm
  • Strong seat experience in employment law (contentious and/or advisory)
  • Excellent communication skills with a commercial, pragmatic approach
  • Keen interest in developing within a high-quality, client-facing employment practice
