Corporate M&A Associate
We are working with a well-respected corporate group seeking a Corporate Associate with 3-6 years of experience in corporate governance and securities matters, representing public companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise public company clients on corporate governance and securities matters
- Review and draft 1934 Act reports, proxy statements, and other public disclosures
- Counsel on stock exchange listing requirements and compliance
- Assist with capital markets transactions and public company M&A
- Support and second-chair complex, high-value transactions
- Engage directly with clients and senior attorneys on active matters
Qualifications:
- 3-6 years of relevant law firm experience
- Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills
- Excellent organization and matter management abilities
- Experience interacting directly with clients and managing deal components
