- Conducting client discovery meetings and developing comprehensive financial plans
- Advising clients on retirement planning, investment management, wealth preservation, and broader financial goals
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients
- Identifying opportunities to expand client relationships and grow assets under management
- Partnering with internal specialists to deliver holistic wealth management solutions
- Proactively engaging warm leads and existing company relationships to generate new business opportunities
- Providing ongoing portfolio reviews and financial planning recommendations
- Delivering an exceptional client experience while serving as a trusted advisor
- Staying current on market trends, investment strategies, and retirement planning developments
- Contributing to the continued growth of the advisory practice through both planning and business development efforts
The Wealth Management Advisor should have the following qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, or financial advisory services
- Experience working directly with high-net-worth clients
- Strong financial planning and retirement planning experience
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain client relationships
- Business development and sales experience within a wealth management environment
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- CFP designation preferred
- FINRA licenses preferred but not required to be currently active
- Ability to balance advisory responsibilities with new client acquisition efforts
