Our client is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel with comprehensive transactional experience, including licensing, strategic partnerships, collaborations, and intellectual property matters. Reporting directly to the Head of Legal, this role will play a key part in managing the company's corporate legal functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience with transactions & general corporate legal experience (mixture of in-house & firm experience preferred).
- Assist with contract drafting, negotiation, and review for a variety of company and industry wide contracts.
- Provide strategic advice and oversight on company's corporate matters.
Qualifications:
- JD required, preferably barred in CA.
- Ability to be on-site in San Diego.
- 5+ years of combined in-house/firm experience representing life science companies.
