Role Overview:
- Oversees the full lifecycle of complex clinical trial and sponsored research agreements, including drafting, negotiation, and execution.
- Partners with attorneys, internal departments, and external stakeholders to ensure contracts meet institutional policies, regulatory standards, and business needs.
- Provides expert legal analysis, identifies regulatory issues, and communicates effectively with senior leadership to drive timely and compliant contract outcomes.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a contract manager setting
- Experience with clinical trial agreements / sponsored research agreements & a variety of other vendor contracts.
