Licensing & Corporate Governance Paralegal
Location: Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid)

We are seeking a Licensing & Corporate Governance Paralegal to support a growing legal team. This role will assist with corporate governance matters, entity management, business licensing, regulatory filings, and general legal operations across multiple jurisdictions.
Responsibilities
- Manage corporate entities, annual reports, and corporate records.
- Prepare board materials, resolutions, consents, and meeting minutes.
- Coordinate business licenses, permits, registrations, and renewals.
- Maintain compliance calendars and legal databases.
- Support corporate transactions, regulatory matters, and legal projects.
- Work with internal stakeholders, outside counsel, and government agencies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in corporate governance, entity management, licensing, or a related legal support function.
- Experience supporting an in-house legal department or law firm corporate practice.
- Strong knowledge of corporate records management and business entity filings.
- Familiarity with licensing and regulatory compliance processes across multiple jurisdictions.
- Experience with governance, entity management, or legal management software is preferred.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Preferred Experience
- Experience supporting a public company or multi-state organization.
- Exposure to mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions, or SEC-related matters.
- Knowledge of licensing requirements within regulated industries such as consumer products, food & beverage, healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, or retail.
