Senior GL - Auto Defense Litigation Attorney
A highly respected national law firm is seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney to join its Houston office. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned litigator who enjoys handling complex matters, working directly with clients, and taking an active role in case strategy from day one.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing a diverse caseload of auto, transportation, general liability, and catastrophic injury defense matters from inception through resolution
- Leading depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances
- Developing litigation strategy and partnering directly with sophisticated national clients
- Working closely with a collaborative team of experienced litigators while maintaining significant autonomy
- Playing a key role in case preparation, investigation, motion practice, and trial readiness
What We're Looking For:
- 8+ years of defense litigation experience
- Strong background in auto liability, transportation, personal injury, general liability, or catastrophic injury matters
- Licensed and in good standing in Texas
- Excellent writing, communication, and client-management skills
- Trial experience is a plus, but not required
