This is a unique opportunity to join a highly collaborative legal and compliance team and play a key role in shaping the compliance function across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic compliance leader and trusted advisor to commercial and cross-functional business stakeholders.
- Develop, implement, and enhance compliance policies, procedures, and training programs across the organization.
- Provide guidance on healthcare laws and regulations, including interactions with healthcare professionals and commercial activities.
- Lead compliance monitoring, risk assessments, investigations, and corrective action initiatives.
- Partner closely with Legal, Commercial, Medical Affairs, and other business functions to foster a culture of ethics and compliance.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) and active bar membership
- 10+ years of compliance, legal, or regulatory experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industry.
- Strong understanding of healthcare compliance regulations, including fraud and abuse laws.
- Experience supporting commercial organizations and building or scaling compliance programs.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Experience
- Background supporting product launches, commercial growth initiatives, or expanding compliance programs.
- Experience developing and delivering compliance training across sales and commercial teams.
- Familiarity with monitoring, auditing, and compliance risk management practices.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
- Proven track record of influencing business partners while balancing risk and business objectives.
