Responsibilities
- Advise on commercial lending and financing transactions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents.
- Partner with business teams on lending, credit, and regulatory matters.
- Support lending policies, procedures, and risk management initiatives.
Qualifications
- J.D. required.
- 5+ years of experience in commercial finance, banking, or lending transactions.
- Knowledge of secured lending, UCC matters, and credit transactions.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to provide practical, business-focused legal advice and manage multiple priorities.
