A leading law firm is seeking a talented Associate to join its Real Estate Group in either the Phoenix or Tucson office.
The firm has built a strong, Chambers‑ranked real estate practice in Phoenix with 30+ attorneys and professionals, supported by a larger, fully integrated national team. The practice represents a broad range of sophisticated clients, including:
- REITs
- Institutional investors and lenders
- Private equity investors
- Developers across asset classes
- Start-ups
- Health systems
- Renewable energy companies
- Franchise companies
- And other significant market participants
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will bring:
- 4+ years of experience in commercial real estate transactions
- Experience drafting and negotiating documents relating to:
- Development deals
- Acquisitions and dispositions
- Leasing transactions
- Strong skills managing due diligence and closing processes
- A collaborative mindset and interest in ongoing professional development
