Ideal Candidate
- 3+ years of experience in real estate finance at a top-tier law firm.
- Strong background in securitization, syndication, and participation of commercial mortgage loans.
- Experience representing developers, owner/operators, and borrowers is a plus.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client communication skills.
