A top client in the legal sector is seeking a motivated junior associate to join their growing Real Estate practice. This opportunity will be located in Richmond, VA in a hybrid model.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of legal experience and have:
- A Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
- Bar admission in Virginia or ability to waive in quickly
- A strong work ethic and attention to detail
- A demonstrated interest in real estate, finance, or housing-related matters
In this role, you will:
- Work on sophisticated real estate transactions, involving finance and multifamily housing assets
- Gain hands-on experience with acquisitions, financings, and complex deal structures
