Real Estate Associate
A highly regarded organization is seeking a skilled and motivated attorney to join its Real Estate Group. This is a unique opportunity to work on complex, high-value commercial real estate transactions nationwide, alongside a collaborative team of experienced professionals.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will bring significant experience (2-7 years) in one or more of the following areas:
- Acquisitions and dispositions
- Leasing
- Real estate finance (borrower or lender-side)
You will represent a diverse and well-established client base, including developers, owners, operators, investors, and lenders across multiple asset classes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage commercial real estate transactions
- Structure and negotiate joint ventures, purchase and sale agreements, and management agreements
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure successful deal execution
Qualifications:
- 4-7 years of relevant experience in real estate law
- Experience in real estate finance (lender-side preferred but not required)
- Familiarity with leasing is a plus
- Experience at a top-tier legal or professional services environment
- J.D. from a nationally recognized and accredited law school
- Admission to practice law in the state of California
