About the Role

A reputable packaging and supply chain company is seeking a Paralegal with strong experience in contract management to join their legal team. This position will play a key role in supporting business operations by drafting, reviewing, and maintaining contracts, ensuring compliance, and assisting with legal documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and revise a variety of commercial contracts, including vendor agreements, NDAs, and service agreements.
  • Maintain and organize contract databases and ensure timely renewals and compliance tracking.
  • Assist in negotiating contract terms under attorney supervision.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare summaries as needed.
  • Support internal stakeholders with contract-related inquiries and provide guidance on company policies.
  • Coordinate with external counsel when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree; Paralegal certification preferred.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 3 years of experience as a paralegal, or experience with a focus on contract drafting and management.
    • Experience in corporate or in-house legal departments preferred.
  • Strong understanding of contract law and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management systems
