Labor & Employment Counsel (Remote)
We are seeking an experienced employment attorney to serve as Counsel focused on the defense of administrative agency charges and attorney demand letters. This fully remote role offers meaningful, complex work with a reduced billable hour requirement and no business‑development obligations.
Responsibilities
- Defend administrative agency charges and attorney demand letters from initial investigation through resolution.
- Draft persuasive position statements.
- Respond to agency requests for information.
- Represent clients in settlement negotiations and remote mediations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of employment law experience, including drafting position statements and representing clients in hearings or mediations.
- Experience handling federal and state administrative agency charges on the management side.
- Strong time‑management and ability to meet multiple deadlines.
- Active bar license in one of the following: CA, CT, OH, IL, MN, DC, WA, MA, CO, MD, NH, NY, NV, NJ, or VT.
Compensation
- Starting salary range: $130,000-$175,000, based on experience and education.
- Eligible for performance‑based bonuses.
- Comprehensive benefits package.

- Full‑time, remote position.
- Reduced billable hour requirement - 1500
- No required business travel or business‑development responsibilities.
