Overview:
A leading London-based disputes firm is seeking a high-calibre Mid-Level Associate to join its International Arbitration team.

The practice is recognised for handling complex, high-value, cross-border disputes, with a strong focus on commercial arbitration and investor-state matters. This role offers exposure to headline-grabbing cases and the opportunity to work closely with market-leading partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act on international arbitration matters under key institutional rules (including LCIA, ICC, and ICSID).
  • Draft submissions, pleadings, witness statements, and expert reports.
  • Support on hearings, strategy, and case management across multi-jurisdictional disputes.
  • Work directly with clients, including multinational corporates, financial institutions, and high-net-worth individuals.
  • Coordinate with international counsel and experts on complex cross-border matters.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years' PQE in international arbitration or complex commercial litigation with arbitration exposure.
  • Strong experience in high-value, cross-border disputes.
  • Background in a top-tier disputes practice (UK, US, or leading boutique).
  • Excellent drafting and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • England & Wales qualified (or equivalent common law qualification).
