My client, a nationally recognized employment law platform, is seeking a senior California employment litigator to join its employment litigation team. This is a 100% remote, full-time opportunity for attorneys based in California, designed for experienced practitioners who want to continue handling sophisticated, meaningful employment matters while maintaining a sustainable and flexible practice model.
This role is particularly well-suited for attorneys at the senior associate, counsel, or partner level who are looking to step away from the traditional law firm grind-without sacrificing the caliber of work, client exposure, or professional growth.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- 6+ years of California employment litigation experience
- Open to candidates from senior associate, counsel, or partner backgrounds
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills, with the ability to manage matters independently
- Comfortable operating in a remote, team-oriented environment
- Licensed and in good standing with the California Bar
Location Requirements
- Must reside in California
- Active California Bar license required
- This role is fully remote within the state of California; no in-office expectations
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range: $150,000 - $240,000, commensurate with experience, skill set, and market considerations
- Eligibility for performance-based bonuses

Pursuant to California regulations, salary will be offered within the stated range and may vary based on experience, geography, and other relevant qualifications.
