Director of Compliance
A leading 3PL in the Healthcare and Life Sciences spaces is looking to bring on a Director of Compliance and Quality. This organization is undergoing a massive reorganization, and this role is an opportunity to be in a high-visibility seat as they restructure their executive team and build out their Compliance function. In this role, you will advise on in the country by net patient revenue is looking to bring on a Hospital Operations Counsel at the Associate CLO level. This Health System is currently undergoing a massive expansion in their Midwest and Southwest regions, and this position is part of a corporate buildout for their Missouri and Texas locations. In this role, you will advise on regulatory compliance, process development and optimization, and the implementation of quality improvement plans.
Responsibilities:
- Advise on FDA, OSHA, HIPAA, clinical trial compliance, and medical device compliance.
- Provide counsel on ISO 13485 and DEA-specific regulatory compliance.
- Develop QMS, training teams, and quality improvement plans.
- Manage audit programs, risk assessments, and CAPA.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience with Compliance and Quality matters within the Healthcare or Life Sciences industries.
- Understanding of Healthcare and Medical Device Compliance.
