About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Attorney to join our growing team in Dallas. The ideal candidate will have strong experience handling commercial real estate transactions and the ability to advise internal and external stakeholders on a wide range of real estate matters. This role is perfect for an attorney who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and can manage deals independently from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial real estate documents, including purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, easements, and related transactional documents.
- Conduct and manage all aspects of due diligence, including title and survey review.
- Support acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, development projects, and joint venture matters.
- Advise business leaders on risk assessment, deal structure, regulatory issues, and strategic decision‑making.
- Coordinate with lenders, title companies, brokers, and external counsel to ensure smooth transaction execution.
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Active Texas Bar license in good standing.
- 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate transactions (law firm or in‑house).
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience with development, zoning, or land‑use matters is a plus.
