Contracts & Export Compliance Manager
Job Summary:
The Contracts & Export Compliance Manager (CECM) supports the business team in contract review, negotiation, and management to help achieve business goals while minimizing risk and liability. They also lead the site export compliance program.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert consulting on contracts, including Long Term Agreements, Product Support Agreements, and Sales Representative/Distributor agreements, ensuring growth and risk mitigation.
Ensure compliance with all company contract policies and relevant regulations, working with internal legal teams and outside attorneys as needed.
Manage contract tracking and archiving to maintain traceability and security.
Continuously improve contract management processes using business system principles.
Support export compliance initiatives locally and at other sites.
May focus on commercial contracts, government contracts, export compliance, and intellectual property, depending on business needs.
Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in contract management or related fields within Aerospace or Defense.
Strong understanding of contract terms, risk management, and regulations (ITAR, EAR, OFAC).
