Contract Specialist - High-Growth Technology Company
A well-established, global technology organization is looking to bring on a Contracts Specialist to support the flow of client-facing agreements tied to ongoing business activity. This role is based in either New York, NY or Northern New Jersey and operates on a fully on-site schedule, working closely with internal teams to keep deal documentation accurate, aligned, and moving forward.
You'll be hands-on with a steady stream of project-based agreements - reviewing materials such as Statements of Work, related change documentation, and other amendments tied to active engagements - while helping ensure consistency with overarching terms and internal requirements.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing and turning around project-level agreements tied to active workstreams
- Checking alignment between SOWs, change requests, and broader governing terms
- Supporting NDAs and similar agreements as they come up
- Assisting with updates to existing agreements and tracking revisions across documents
- Coordinating internal approvals and keeping documentation moving through the process
Requirements
- Prior experience working with SOWs, amendments, and related commercial agreements
- Comfort operating in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and organization
