A growing public company is seeking a Compliance Manager to help drive and strengthen its corporate ethics and compliance program. This individual will play a key role in developing compliance initiatives, managing risk assessments, supporting investigations, and promoting a culture of integrity across the organization.
This is an excellent opportunity for a compliance professional who enjoys working cross-functionally, influencing business stakeholders, and helping build scalable compliance programs within a dynamic corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of enterprise-wide compliance and ethics programs.
- Manage compliance initiatives related to anti-bribery, anti-corruption, sanctions, and internal policies.
- Conduct risk assessments and assist with the identification, evaluation, and mitigation of compliance risks.
- Lead or support internal compliance reviews and investigations, documenting findings and recommendations.
- Develop and deliver compliance training and awareness programs for employees.
- Partner with legal, HR, finance, and business leaders to promote compliance best practices and ethical decision-making.
- Monitor regulatory developments and help ensure policies and procedures remain current and effective.
- Contribute to a culture of accountability, transparency, and ethical conduct throughout the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Finance, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
- Corporate experience in compliance, ethics, legal, audit, risk management, or a related function.
- Working knowledge of compliance program design, risk assessments, investigations, and policy management.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions and levels of an organization.
- Experience supporting compliance initiatives within a complex or multi-location business environment is preferred.

- Base salary of $120,000 - $140,000, plus annual bonus
