A growing financial services organization is looking to add a Compliance Associate to its Philadelphia team.
This is a broad, generalist opportunity for someone with 1-4 years of experience who is looking to continue developing their career in financial services compliance. The position will provide exposure to a variety of compliance and regulatory matters while working closely with experienced members of the team.
Responsibilities
- Support a variety of day-to-day compliance activities and projects
- Assist with ongoing reviews, monitoring, and internal processes
- Help maintain compliance documentation and procedures
- Support regulatory and reporting-related responsibilities
- Conduct research on relevant compliance and regulatory topics
- Assist senior team members with a variety of projects
- Help identify and address potential compliance issues
- Maintain accurate records and supporting documentation
- Coordinate with different stakeholders on compliance-related matters
- Take on additional responsibilities as experience develops
Qualifications
- 1-4 years of compliance or related financial services experience
- General understanding of financial services compliance
- Experience working in a regulated financial services environment is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Interest in developing broad compliance knowledge and taking on additional responsibility
