Associate General Counsel
Role Overview
The Associate General Counsel will support the legal team by reviewing contracts, interpreting regulations, and advising on commercial and corporate matters across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements with minimal supervision.
- Research and interpret laws and regulations relevant to the business.
- Provide strategic legal guidance on transactions, contracts, and governance matters.
- Partner effectively with attorneys and business stakeholders.
- Deliver practical, timely legal advice to senior leaders.
- Manage complex projects independently and exercise sound judgment.
- Maintain professionalism, strong communication, and effective advocacy.

Basic Qualifications
- 3-5 years of transactional experience (law firm or in‑house).
- Juris Doctor (JD).
- Licensed in the U.S. with ability to register as in‑house counsel in Nevada.

- Strong drafting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Experience with complex commercial transactions.
- Prior in‑house or law firm experience.
- Proficiency with MS Office and comfort working in a fast‑paced setting.
