The Senior Paralegal will be responsible for:
- Draft and prepare relevant documents required by state and federal agencies.
- Assist direct report with company filings preparation.
- Maintain and draft corporate documents, research statutes and regulations, maintain multiple tracking charts.
- Provide overall support to attorneys, staff, and releveant teams.
- Organize and maintain work products in electronic file storage system; correspondence, filings, documents.
- Assist with intellectual property maintence and collaborate with the relevant teams and counsel.
The Senior Paralegal should have the following qualifications:
- 5-7 years of paralegal experience in either a firm or in-house setting.
- Strong background in corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
- Previous law Firm experience is preferred.
** This is a remote position, candidates must reside in MST or PST time zones.
