REMOTE Labor and Employment Attorney

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Labor and Employment Attorney to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This role involves advising clients on a wide range of employment matters, supporting internal investigations, and helping organizations navigate complex workplace issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in employment law, with experience in risk management, compliance, and dispute resolution.

Remote Labor and Employment Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on employment law matters including workplace policies, employee relations, terminations, and regulatory compliance.
  • Provide strategic guidance on risk mitigation and best practices to prevent employment-related claims.
  • Support internal investigations and provide recommendations for resolution.
  • Monitor legal and regulatory developments and communicate implications to clients.
  • Collaborate with HR teams, in-house counsel, and external stakeholders as needed.

Remote Labor and Employment Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
  • 5+ years of experience in labor and employment law.
  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple matters independently in a remote environment.
  • Experience with employment-related claims, investigations, or compliance programs is a plus.
