Are you a skilled Labor & Employment attorney looking to join a dynamic and respected firm with a strong presence across Texas? We're actively hiring for multiple openings in Dallas, Houston, and Austin for attorneys with 3+ years of experience in employment law.
What You'll Do:
- Represent clients in employment-related litigation, including discrimination, harassment, wage and hour, and wrongful termination matters.
- Advise employers on compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Draft and review employment agreements, policies, and handbooks.
- Handle administrative proceedings before the EEOC, TWC, and other agencies.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in labor and employment law.
- Strong litigation and/or counseling background.
- Excellent writing, research, and communication skills.
- Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar.
