My client is a leading and growing firm, and we are looking to recruiting for a Compliance Officer to be based in the Singapore office, to building a strong governance and risk culture, ensuring adherence to regulatory expectations in Singapore
Responsibilities for this Regulatory Compliance - Private Equity
- Provide compliance advisory to investment, operations, and senior management teams.
- Ensure compliance with MAS regulations.
- Conduct ongoing regulatory compliance monitoring, including marketing reviews and investment‑related checks.
- Maintain and update compliance policies, including AML/CFT, personal account dealing, and outsourcing.
- Implement and oversee internal controls to ensure adherence to regulatory and licensing obligations.
Requirements for this Regulatory Compliance - Private Equity
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
- 5-8 years of compliance experience in private credit, asset management, fund management, or broader financial services
- Strong working knowledge of MAS regulatory frameworks.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced and regulated environment.
