This practice is consistently recognised for handling some of the most complex and high‑value property disputes in the market, acting for major developers, institutional investors, funds, corporate occupiers, and financial institutions.
The Role
You will work on a broad mix of contentious real estate matters, including:
- Commercial landlord-tenant disputes
- Development and regeneration disputes
- Property‑related insolvency issues
- Rights of light, nuisance, trespass and boundary disputes
- Lease interpretation, dilapidations and break clause litigation
- Strategic advisory work for large real estate owners and developers
Associates in this team benefit from hands‑on responsibility, direct client exposure, and the chance to work on market‑shaping real estate projects.
What They're Looking For
- 1-3 PQE from a respected real estate disputes or property litigation practice
- Strong grounding in commercial landlord & tenant work
