PBM Attorney
A leading PBM is looking to bring on a PBM Counsel. This company is looking for someone to provide legal support on a variety of regulatory and PBM matters. This is a high visibility role on a lean legal team and reports directly into the General Counsel.
Responsibilities:
- Draft and negotiate a range of pharmacy‑related contracts that support core and specialty PBM operations.
- Provide guidance on regulatory requirements affecting pharmacy operations, licensing, PBM rules, ERISA, ACA mandates, and healthcare fraud and abuse laws.
- Offer day‑to‑day legal support across pharmacy benefit business areas, including developing practices that minimize legal exposure.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor Degree
- 5-7 years of experience with PBM regulatory matters
- In-house experience preferred
- Located in the Greater Tampa Area or willingness to relocate
