Litigation Paralegal - Established Publicly Traded Company
Our client, a rapidly growing company in their respective field, is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support their attorneys with case management, discovery coordination, and preparation for key legal proceedings. This role offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic legal team and support a wide range of operational, regulatory, and commercial litigation matters across the organization. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams in a fast‑paced environment.
Litigation Paralegal Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize litigation files, matter databases, and document repositories
- Assist with drafting and reviewing pleadings, discovery responses, subpoenas, and internal correspondence
- Coordinate discovery efforts, including document collection, organization, and production involving multiple business units
- Support attorneys with regulatory‑related litigation, claims matters, incident documentation, and investigations
- Conduct factual research and prepare summaries, timelines, and supporting materials
- Manage litigation calendars, deadlines, and matter‑specific milestones
- Assist with preparation for hearings, mediations, depositions, arbitrations, and settlement discussions
- Serve as a liaison between the legal team, internal departments, outside counsel, and third‑party vendors
- Help oversee document management processes to ensure compliance with company standards
Litigation Paralegal Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate preferred
- 4-10 years of litigation experience
- Familiarity with state and federal litigation procedures
- Experience with e‑discovery tools and document management systems
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to handle competing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
