About the Job
A mission-driven healthcare system is seeking a Litigation Counsel to manage litigation and claims matters across the organization. In this role, you will partner closely with internal stakeholders and outside counsel, providing strategic legal guidance and overseeing cases through resolution while helping to mitigate organizational risk.
Experience
- Experience handling litigation matters, preferably within a hospital, health system, or broader healthcare setting.
- Experience preparing and managing discovery responses, legal correspondence, and other litigation-related documents.
- Experience collaborating with and managing outside counsel.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- J.D from an accredited University.
- 5+ years of litigation experience.
