A premier civil litigation firm with deep roots in California and Nevada, is seeking talented attorneys to join its expanding litigation practice. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience, early responsibility, and direct client interaction in a collaborative, family-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in civil litigation matters, including professional liability, transportation, healthcare, hospitality, and employment defense.
- Handle cases from inception through trial, including expert depositions and courtroom appearances.
- Advise clients on risk management and litigation strategy.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents.
- Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and administrative proceedings.
Key Qualifications
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
- Admission to the California Bar
- Minimum 3 years of litigation experience
- Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and client-service mindset.
- Experience with insurance defense and general liability preferred.
