Litigation Associate Attorney

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Litigation Associate Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring strong advocacy skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to independently manage a diverse litigation caseload. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment while contributing meaningfully to client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, legal memoranda, discovery responses, and other litigation filings.
• Attend and participate in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and other litigation proceedings as required.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff across departments and offices, fostering a cohesive, supportive, and solutions‑driven team environment.
• Independently manage a full litigation caseload, handling matters from initial intake and investigation through resolution or trial.
• Communicate proactively with clients, providing clear, timely updates, guidance, and status reports throughout the lifecycle of each case.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the state of Texas.
• 2+ years of litigation experience, ideally in a law firm or in‑house setting.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate legal arguments and interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Legal project management experience is a plus, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
