Legal Assistant
An established consumer products company is seeking a Legal Assistant to support its Legal and Regulatory Affairs team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain exposure to contracts, compliance, regulatory matters, intellectual property, and brand protection while working closely with senior legal leadership.
What You'll Do
- Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal staff.
- Draft, format, and organize legal documents and correspondence.
- Assist with contract administration and regulatory filings.
- Conduct online research related to compliance, regulatory, and legal matters.
- Monitor online marketplaces and social media for brand protection and intellectual property issues.
- Maintain legal records, databases, and departmental files.
- Support investigations involving unauthorized sellers and product concerns.
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience as a Legal Assistant or in a legal support role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Comfortable conducting online research and working with databases.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and professionalism when handling confidential information.
