Labor and Employment Attorney Responsibilities
- Manage employment-related disputes from intake through resolution
- Respond to administrative agency charges and attorney demand letters, including drafting position statements and related documentation

- Draft pleadings, discovery responses, and settlement agreements
- Maintain consistent communication with clients and internal teams to support efficient case management
Labor and Employment Attorney Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in employment law, including litigation and administrative proceedings
- Strong understanding of federal and state employment regulations
- Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills
- Active law license in good standing in your state of residence
