General Liability Attorney

We are looking for an experienced Complex Litigation Associate who can immediately step into meaningful work. Ideal candidates will bring background in general liability, personal injury, transportation matters, and/or catastrophic injury defense. This role provides hands-on litigation experience, direct exposure to national clients, and the opportunity to manage substantive responsibilities early on.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload independently from initial investigation through resolution
• Collaborate closely with partners and team members in a supportive environment
• Handle all phases of litigation, including trial preparation, depositions, mediations, and court appearances
• Deliver strategic case assessments and timely updates to clients
• Engage directly with clients as a trusted advisor throughout the lifecycle of each matter

Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active admission to the Texas Bar (Offices in Dallas & Houston)
• 4+ years of defense litigation experience preferred (Personal Injury, General Liability, Catastrophic Injury, Transportation)
• Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to foster client relationships and manage complex cases with confidence
• Proven adaptability within fast-paced, team-driven environments
• Familiarity with legal project management is a plus
