Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage a litigation caseload from inception through resolution
- Collaborate with partners and colleagues on case strategy and legal projects
- Handle court appearances, hearings, and depositions
- Communicate with clients and provide regular case updates and status reports
- Ensure compliance with client guidelines and litigation best practices
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active admission to the Nevada State Bar
- 3+ years of experience in general liability, including premises liability, trucking, and transportation matters
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple cases effectively
- Legal project management experience is a plus
