AMLAW 200 firm is looking for highly skilled and experience Employment Litigation Attorney to join their prestigious team. The ideal Employment Litigation candidate to join this fully remote team will have a strong background in employment law, with a focus on litigation, and be comfortable managing cases independently from inception through resolution.
REMOTE Employment Litigation Attorney Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in employment-related litigation, including claims of discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation, wage and hour violations, and other employment-related matters.
- Assist clients in developing best practices for managing workplace risks and compliance with federal and state employment laws.
- Collaborate with other legal professionals.
- Participate in mediations, arbistrations, and remote settlement negotiations.
REMOTE Employment Litigation Attorney Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active bar membership in the state of residence
- Targeting a select states
- 6+ years of experience in employment law
- Insurance experience is preferred
- Ability to work independelty in a remote environment
