Employment Litigation Associate
Our client is currently seeking a litigation associate with 3-6 years of experience in employment law or complex commercial litigation for its Fort Lauderdale location.
The ideal candidate should possess strong writing abilities and be comfortable managing litigation cases from inception to resolution. This includes tasks such as drafting and responding to pleadings, overseeing discovery, preparing and arguing motions, conducting depositions, and participating in mediations and trials. While prior experience in employment law is preferred, candidates with a solid background in defense-side litigation involving complex matters are also encouraged to apply, especially if they are interested in developing expertise in labor and employment law.
Qualifications:
- 3-6 years of relevant litigation experience.
- Excellent writing and analytical skills.
- Ability to handle multiple assignments in a dynamic environment.
- Strong academic background.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively.
- Dedication to professional development and delivering high-quality client service.
- Must be admitted to the Florida Bar.
