Employment Attorney
We are partnered with a reputable national client seeking a mid-level - senior attorney to join their Counsel Charges team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in employment law.
Responsibilities
- Defend administrative agency charges and attorney demand letters from investigation through resolution.
- Draft persuasive position statements and responses to agency requests for information.
- Represent clients in remote settlement negotiations and mediations.
- Communicate regularly with clients and administrative agencies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of employment law experience, preferably on the management side.
- Demonstrated experience handling federal and state administrative agency charges.
- Strong legal writing and advocacy skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Active bar license in the state of residence.
- Strong client communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary of $130,000 - $175,000 annually, based on experience and education.
- Eligible for performance-based bonuses.
- Billables Hour requirement of 1500 annually
